Maintaining Your Snowlord.
Owning a Snowlord means maintaining a precision instrument. Proper maintenance not only guarantees the longevity of your equipment, but also the quality of your ride and your safety on the snow. Here are the essential habits to preserve the performance and elegance of your board season after season.

After each day
On the slopes.
- Wipe the board carefully with a soft, dry cloth, paying particular attention to the edges to prevent rust.
- Never leave the board in a damp cover or a closed trunk: condensation will damage the edges and bindings.
A simple wipe extends the life of your edges by several seasons.
Regularly
The audit.
- Check the tightness of the fixing screws. Vibrations can slightly loosen them.
- Inspect the base: if it has deep marks or scratches, light sanding and a new waxing are recommended.
- Check the edges: they must remain clean, continuous and without snags. A light sharpening at 88° restores all the Snowlord precision.
Every 5 to 8 outings
Waxing.
Your Snowlord comes pre-waxed and ready to ride. However, to maintain performance and protect the base, regular waxing remains essential.
- For regular use, wax every 5 to 8 outings, depending on the snow and temperature.
- On artificial or hard snow, more frequent waxing protects the base from drying out.
- Use a universal wax for simple and effective maintenance.
A well-waxed base improves glide and extends the life of the Snowlord.
Between two seasons
Storage.
- Clean and thoroughly dry the board before storing it.
- Apply a thin, unscraped layer of protective wax: this acts as a barrier against moisture.
- Slightly loosen the binding screws to relieve pressure on the structure.
- Store the board flat or suspended, in a dry and temperate place. Avoid damp cellars and uninsulated garages.
Proper storage guarantees your board will be ready for the first snow.
Twice per season
The workshop.
To keep your Snowlord performing and looking its best:
- A full wax in the workshop, at the beginning and end of the season, ensures a nourished and even base.
- Annual professional sharpening preserves the precision and grip characteristic of the Snowlord.
