The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Snowlord.

Snowlord is a store powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the services. 

1.     PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to any order placed via the Snowlord website.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Any special terms or any potential purchasing conditions must be expressly accepted beforehand and in writing by Snowlord.

 

2.   ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these GTC, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you give us your consent to allow any minor dependent of yours to use the services on devices you own, purchase, or manage. 
To use the services, including accessing or browsing our online store, or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our store is accurate, current, and complete and that you have all necessary rights to provide such information. 
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.  You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated any part of these GTC.

You may be provided with access to optional third-party tools as part of the services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. 
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. 
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

3.     PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and services in our online store. However, please note that colors or the appearance of products may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use, as well as your device’s settings and configuration. 
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or will be the same as described or shown in our online store.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
