Standard Shipping
For orders delivered to your home or to a pickup point.
- Preparation and shipping within 2 business days after order confirmation.
- Secure shipping with a tracking number sent by email.
- Board prepared, waxed and tuned before shipment.
- Reinforced packaging, suitable for long-distance transport.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and the period (weather, holidays, etc.).
On-slope Delivery – Standard
Pick up your Snowlord directly in the resort, as close as possible to the lifts.
- Delivery to your accommodation or at the foot of the ski lifts.
- Handover of the board ready to ride, with basic settings adapted to your build.
- Quick on-site exchange to answer your essential questions.
Service offered only in resorts where the Snowlord team is present and within a defined radius around Annecy. To check eligibility, please contact us before placing your order.
On-slope Delivery – Premium
To make the delivery of your Snowlord a true guided riding experience.
- Direct delivery of your Snowlord in the resort, at a time agreed together.
- Full installation of your bindings by our team.
- Guided session on the first runs: advice, adjustments, safe familiarisation.
- Dedicated time to talk about technique, maintenance and progression.
