Why it works

How one board works for riders from 50 to 150 kg.

More than twenty prototypes before we agreed to sell a single one. Two principles do all the work, and neither is marketing. Explore skwal technology in detail.

Progressive flex

The ash core is machined with variable thickness rather than cut from a constant block. Under 54 kg it already flexes. Under 96 kg it still has reserve. This is what makes the one-size skwal possible.

Double Titanal

Two metal plates surround the core, one above and one below. They keep heavier riders stable at speed without letting the board vibrate, which is why one flex can work across such a wide range. Everything is assembled in our Jura workshop.
